Refund policy

All items are carefully inspected before dispatch to ensure the highest level of quality. Please check your item upon delivery, as we do not accept returns unless the item is faulty, has been incorrectly described, or differs from what you ordered.

Returns will not be accepted for items that have been damaged, altered, or worn by the customer, or for change-of-mind purchases.

To be eligible for assessment, returned items must be unused, in their original condition, with all tags attached, and in the original packaging with proof of purchase. We reserve the right to request clear photographs of the item in its original packaging to verify its condition and eligibility. Returns or refunds cannot be considered without these images.

If you believe your item is faulty or defective, please email us within 5 days of receiving your order. Claims received after this timeframe cannot be accepted.

Returns freight:
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. We strongly recommend using a registered postal or courier service, as we cannot accept responsibility for items lost in transit.

Sale items:
All sale or discounted items are final. Returns, exchanges, and credits are not available on sale items. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Colour variations:
We make every effort to represent colours accurately; however, please note that variations may occur due to individual screen settings.
